General terms and conditions of sale with withdrawal and complaint periods:

All our jewelry is sold according to the description in the ad. They have all been inspected, if necessary, by the precious metals guarantee office and are therefore hallmarked.

We prepare the parcels with great care, and send them within 7 days of receipt of payment (unless extended during vacations or exceptional stoppages). We then provide the buyer with a tracking number according to his choice of shipment (Colissimo recommandé, Valeur déclarée...).

In accordance with the law, returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. 

Jewelry returns and exchanges: Jewelry that has been modified, engraved, adjusted, worn or damaged, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Legal retraction: In the case of direct purchase by appointment with hand delivery, the legal retraction period does not apply. It only applies to jewelry purchased online on our website.

Average delivery time:

Approximately 7 working days after confirmation of availability sent by e-mail, except in the event of vacations or exceptional stoppages. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Repayment conditions:

Returned items must not have been modified (repolishing, sizing, etc.), engraved or damaged in any way before being returned. Should this be the case, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. 

If the items are returned in good condition, the refund will be made within 10 working days.
