Magnificent vintage wedding band in platinum, 18 ct white gold (750/1000th) and diamonds. It is set with a full circle of 17 diamonds for a total of approx. 2.38cts, estimated in F - VS color and quality. Note the attractive repercage under the diamonds. French work by the Chirol workshop, circa 1980 (partially legible hallmark). Francis Chirol, inventor of the diamond setting with a small barrette, also known as the "serti bride" or "serti Chirol".
