Magnificent vintage ring from the house of Mauboussin, in 18ct yellow gold (750/1000th) diamonds and rubies. The ring is signed and numbered "Monture Mauboussin" (meaning that the setting and design are by the house of Mauboussin, but that the stones were brought in by the client at the time).
Round in shape, it is centered by a diamond of approx. 0.70ct, estimated to be of H/i - VS2 color and clarity, and a surround of diamonds totaling approx. 2.10cts, estimated to be of H - VS color and clarity, interspersed by 6 small rubies totaling approx. 0.60ct. Very luminous ring, vintage design from the 1980s.
