Magnificent and rare two-gold semi-rigid bracelet from Cartier Paris, signed, numbered and hallmarked, in 18ct (750/1000e) yellow and white gold. Made of two-tone textured mesh, it is hallmarked "George Lenfant".
Clasp with safety catch on the side, easy to use and in very good working condition. Circa 1960/1980.

George Lenfant, creator and manufacturer, was maitre d'oeuvre for Cartier, and made jewelry for the great houses of Place Vendôme such as Van Cleef & Arpels, Boucheron, Cartier etc...
In the 1960s-1980s, numerous gold pieces were created by the Lenfant workshop, recognizable by their chains combining shapes, textures and motifs. Finely woven textures combining combinations of gold of different colors and circular and/or twisted motifs are typical of George Lenfant's pieces and still highly sought-after.
