Vintage Augis medal in 18ct (750/1000th) rose and white gold and synthetic rubies.
Round with a wavy outline, it is adorned with synthetic rubies on the - sign and white gold on the + sign. The pendant is signed A.A. pour la maison Augis, French workmanship.

The pendant is sold without a chain, but you can add one and have it engraved on request.

*The Médaille d'Amour was born in 1907, in the Lyon workshops of Maison A.Augis. Its creator Alphonse Augis, grandson of the company's founder, had the idea of transcribing the lines of a famous poem by Madame Rosemonde Rostand entitled "Les Vieux" (The Old Men) dating from 1889, a true declaration of love to her husband Edmond Rostand.
